Lately...

Well, I guess the big news is that we are expecting!!! Here's our little sugar bean at 9 wks...

December 15th is D day according to my Dr.
I have my 12 wk ultrasound/appointment on Wednesday so I will post new pictures then.

Enough about me and on to Mr B...

We have altered his universe and put gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Going up and down became a bit of a game for him and he was getting in trouble, a lot, so we had to do it. It's the extra tall, swing door kind.

He really enjoys playing outside. We typically go out first thing in the morning when it's not to hot.

This is one day last week. He was having fun playing with Dixie and eating dirt...

Totally late reaction from me...oh, well...who hasn't had dirt at some point in their life?

Helping his dad wash cars...well, playing in the bucket of water...
My favorite part is the expression on his face matches his shirt.

And finally, pool time on Friday with some Sunday School friends.

He was a bit skeptical at first, but eventually relaxed and wanted to swim...my arms got tired! Do they make those arm floats for his size?

I don't know what it is...

I don't know what it is, but B is fascinated with my bra. Should I be worried? In all honesty, I'm not worried at all. I think it's cute.

Look at what I have momma...

I think it goes...

Like this momma...HAT!!!!!!

Here Dixie, you wear the hat...

Dixie didn't think this hat looked good on her...

Mother's Day

What a great Mothers Day! Look at what my family made for me...

The red print is Dixie's if you are wondering. I don't know how Nick got her to do that

18 months

We went to AL last weekend for a visit and were able to get B's 18 month pictures taken.

He did so good! I had to share a few of my favorites:

All of the pictures are on Facebook.

Happy Easter

Our friends, the Boney's, are in town from Tampa so we all wanted to get together to spend time with them and have our kids play together. So, Saturday afternoon we had an Easter Egg hunt. On the menu, DESSERTS!!!

Me and my bright ideas strike again...A BUNNY CAKE!!!! This time Nick got roped in. I baked the cakes and made the icing Saturday morning and WE decorated it during B's nap.

We had so much fun together...a lot of laughing during this process. Nick is a pro. I couldn't have done it without him.

Bryant loved watching the mixer run...he would get mad when it would stop.

Taking shape

Starting to look like a bunny

Gotta have pink ears

Finished product...I think it turned out pretty cute!

The cake made it to the party!!!

We had a wonderful afternoon visiting with friends.

Left to right: Jordan and Jackson, Anna and Bradford, Kasi and Henry, Angela and Annaleigh, Katie and Benjamin, Amy and Caroline, Me and B, Alissa and Reed.

He had a blast playing in the water...and got all wet!
I think he kept thinking he was going to get in trouble, but once he figured out that I wasn't saying no....it was a good ole splish, splashin' time!

I took some pictures of B this morning after church service...

He looked super cute in the john-john I made him.

I prepared a wonderful Easter Supper: Beef tips with Rice and Gravy, Green-bean Casserole and Hash-brown Casserole. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Bunny cake and egg shaped rice krispie treats for dessert.

After our naps we went outside so B could pick up his eggs in the backyard...

Memory Lane...EASTER Last Year.

He is Risen! Happy Easter everyone!
