Happy Easter

Our friends, the Boney's, are in town from Tampa so we all wanted to get together to spend time with them and have our kids play together. So, Saturday afternoon we had an Easter Egg hunt. On the menu, DESSERTS!!!

Me and my bright ideas strike again...A BUNNY CAKE!!!! This time Nick got roped in. I baked the cakes and made the icing Saturday morning and WE decorated it during B's nap.

We had so much fun together...a lot of laughing during this process. Nick is a pro. I couldn't have done it without him.

Bryant loved watching the mixer run...he would get mad when it would stop.

He had a blast playing in the water...and got all wet!
I think he kept thinking he was going to get in trouble, but once he figured out that I wasn't saying no....it was a good ole splish, splashin' time!

He looked super cute in the john-john I made him.

I prepared a wonderful Easter Supper: Beef tips with Rice and Gravy, Green-bean Casserole and Hash-brown Casserole. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Bunny cake and egg shaped rice krispie treats for dessert.

After our naps we went outside so B could pick up his eggs in the backyard...
