17 Months

I went to a four hour sewing class at my church today and left Bryant in the nursery during that time. He is going through a separation anxiety phase so leaving him is tough, but he did settle down and I think he had a good experience today. I sure did!!! I was able to finish some sewing projects and fellowship with other ladies from my Sunday school class and church. The best part was picking him up and the expression of pure elation to see me was so wonderful. It brought tears to my eyes. He was so happy to see his mama! I love my little man so much!!!

Bryant is 17 months old and has become a little comedian. I wanted to share some recent pictures of Bryant because some of the stuff he is doing lately is so darn cute.

Here he is carrying his toast around the kitchen...

Here he is exploring the cabinets...

He holds the different color lids up to his face and looks at the light and laughs...

Doin' some yoga - stack yoga

And of course, hat...everything is a hat. Cousin Scott came over tonight and got to play a game of hat with B...

B also likes wearing Scott's cool shades...

I've noticed that he does this thing with his fingers that I did as a child. Weird! He really enjoys playing with Dixie and I can just see in his face how he wishes she was more into playing with him. He loves when Nick comes home from work. He has started carrying a blanket around with him when he is tired like Linus from Charlie Brown. He likes for you to read to him. His favorite book right now is Green Eggs and Ham. He is still obsessed with watching VeggieTales - Heroes of the Bible. Although, he did act interested in Finding Nemo, once.
