Exciting news ...

Nick and I put an offer on a house. The sellers signed it, so here we are! Pending inspection and all of the other fun, financial stuff...our scheduled closing date is August 27th. We are very happy that we will be bringing our baby home to an actual home.

Just some info about the house:

• 3 bedrooms
• 2.5 bathrooms
• Living room
• Eat in kitchen
• Dining room
• Two car garage (we will only fit one due to storage space)
• Newly landscaped backyard (which Dixie will love)
• Excellent schools! The Elementry School, Mount Bethel, is actually "Platinum" rated
• Close to our Church, Johnsons Ferry Baptist
• The neighborhood is right across the street from "The Avenues" which is a very nice, shoppers paradise. Seriously, it is walking distance...Nick is in trouble.
• Best of all...it is move-in ready. The only thing I would do is paint the nursery if "Little G" turns out to be a girl. Which we will know tomorrow. YEAH!!!
