Nick and I went to the OB today for my 20 week ultrasound and appt. We were very excited about this appt. because our last ultrasound was done when I was 12 weeks.
Ultrasounds are amazing...We saw him open is mouth, swallow, open and close one of his hands. We can already see his stubbornness. His legs were crossed so it took a while for us to see...well, you know...the goods! He also likes to have his hands close to his face...which, does that mean he is going to be shy? He was very comfortable nestled in my left rib cage. He is positioned head down, laying on his left side, with his legs up and crossed.
As for the picture above...this is his butt. Imagine changing his diaper and it all makes sense. The arrow points the way. The tech. was not able to get a shot of his "front" because his legs were crossed.
His movements are getting stronger and stronger. I can't wait for the day Nick can feel it.

I love the profile pictures! I remember John having his hands by his face. It's so sweet to watch them move--you wish you could see them everyday. Soon you will! I can't wait to meet him--and to know his name ;) Congratulations!!!
Any clue as to whether he will play soccer? (Mandy may know better at this point than anyone--haha!)
he looks like a real person now- how exciting! cannot wait to meet him!
