We hit the road early and stopped in Trussville to have dinner with Mema, Big Daddy, Kathy, Mitch, Alli, Rob, John and Reid. It was nice to see all of them and enjoy a home cooked meal.

Bryant cut up with his Big Daddy. They talked and talked. I love to see Bryant interact with others. He has such a personality.

Uncle Mitch hung out for a while too. Until Bryant decided to spit up all over him. It was funny, but I felt bad for Mitch. It's not fun to be spit up on.

Bryant and Reid are so close in size. It is so funny. They are going to be playing sports together before we know it.

I don't know what was making Mema and Big Daddy laugh...but we all know Bryant can be a real charmer....like his daddy.
Bryant loves music and lights. What infant doesn't, I guess. He was in awe of John's Easter toy. It was so funny watching how mesmerized he was over the spinning egg with flashing lights and music.

He was in a trance.

After dinner on Friday night we headed to McCalla to spend the night with my parents. The next morning Bryant decided to hang a little bit with his Uncle Brandon.

They look so much a like. It's really cool. We even got out Brandon's baby pictures to compare. It's the Marler chin...what I can I say...he comes by it honest.

Again, lights and music. He couldn't figure out how to make it work on his own, but when he does this will be the best toy EVER! Thanks Kacky! Bryant loves his Easter toy.

I am so glad the Maw Maw Marler, Aunt Resa and Keena came to visit with us on Saturday. They had not seen Bryant since Christmas. Bryant slept for most of the visit, but we did manage to get him in his exer-saucer for a little while.
We went to my mom and dad's church for service. They attend Rock Mountain Lakes Baptist Church in McCalla. We had breakfast prior to worship service and it was good...my dad made it, so of course it was delicious. All of my parents friends were able to see Bryant. We had a great morning with them.
I was a bit under the weather and didn't get any pictures but fortunately Miss Jan (aka Nana) took a few pics of Bryant.
After church we headed back to Trussville to have Easter dinner with Nick's family.
We got back to ATL before the sun went down and I was able to get Bryant outside and take a few pictures. He is so silly!!

I love the blue sunglasses Nana gave him and had to get a picture of him wearing them. Too cute!

This is right before bedtime. Keena was so thoughtful to bring Bryant a few things for Easter. One thing was this adorable sock monkey. I was unpacking my suit case and placed the monkey in Bryant's lap. He was cuttin up with this monkey. It was so cute.
They are best buddies!
