We were both super pumped about our HONEYMOON!!! We got engaged on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. We had such a wonderful trip so we had to go back to Hawaii on our honeymoon. While there we decided that for our 5 year anniversary we would go back. We didn't expect that we would have kids by now, so it made perfect sense. I guess God had a better idea.

Hawaii wasn't in the cards this year, but we wanted to do something special for the ole anniversary. So, Nick planned for us to get away, overnight.
We went to Fleming's for dinner which is a really nice steak house. Then, because we are the oldest young people you will ever meet, we headed to our hotel getaway for the night. AWESOMENESS!!!! The best part was not having a 55 lb dog at my feet.

Our friends, the Belcher's, watched B for us. This was so incredibly special because Nick and I have not left B alone overnight, ever!!! We were ready!!!
B was a champ. He went to bed at 8 and they had to wake him up at 8:15 this morning. Here he is eating breakfast and watching Nemo with Mr. Brad and sweet Annaleigh.
Brad even busted out the guitar. Great idea!!!
