Yesterday was Bryant's regular OT appointment. His therapist, Brittany, says that he is doing very well. I had to share this picture of Bryant from yesterday climbing this ladder...

Impressive!
This particular exercise helps with his motor planning...one foot in front of the other, then he has to turn around and come down. He uses every muscle in his body, especially his core strength. Brittany says he requests to climb on it every time his is back in that particular room. The sad part is he wants to do the exercise, but he gets scared and makes the most awful grunting noise when he is coming down...a little encouragement and he keeps on going.
Nick was home early yesterday and stayed home with Bradley while I took B to therapy. This is what they were doing...

It was so nice yesterday. I actually had a play date scheduled, but had to cancel it because I had to take B to the Dr to get checked out. I thought he had an ear infection, but turns out it is just a little cold which should pass in a couple days. I kept him inside the rest of the day because I don't want him to get worse...especially with how out of control this pollen is. Plus, his MMO Easter party is Thursday and I don't want him to miss it.
Bryant had is first real hair cut on Wednesday. I took him to this kiddy salon across the street, Snip-its. He did surprisingly well. I sat right in front of him and held on to a dumb-dumb sucker. He sucked on it and watched a movie and the stylist was able to cut, cut, cut. It was awesome. He didn't care for the clippers around his ears and neck. I had to hold him still at that point, but other than that he was a champ. I didn't get any pics inside the salon, but snagged this one on my phone in the car as we were leaving.

We like to go eat Mexican every couple of weeks. Bryant loves the chips and salsa. This particular visit he couldn't get enough...the sad part was the salsa was "hot". Bryant was miserable. He couldn't stop eating it because it was so good, but then he would feel the "hot" and chug his water. Poor kid...

That is an entire chip submerged in the salsa...he would eat it.
Bradley sitting with Nick...this is a funny picture. He looks like he is enjoying Nicks margarita...

Good times...
